I cannot overstate how highly I regard Corey, Darren and everyone at Billingham Martin following the sale of my parents' house. The hit-rate for offers vs viewings was amazingly good, the property sold above asking price, and the communication throughout was top notch. I can't obviously speak from a buyer's perspective, but I would 100% recommend selling through Billingham Martin if you are in the Farnborough area.

Having just recently sold my house on Southwood through Billingham Martin Estate Agents, I found Cory and the rest of the team to be experienced in their knowledge of the sales process, extremely helpful and understanding. There was never any pressure from them on me to rush the sale of my property. The sale went through with no issues or problems and I would thoroughly recommend using Billingham Martin Independent Estate Agents.

Around 12 years ago I purchased a property in Farnborough. Billingham Martin were the agent used by the seller. At the time I was impressed how Darren and Corey handled their part of the sale. Fast forward 12 years and we decided to sell the property. Billingham Martin were an obvious first choice. The property was valued on the 19th April. Within 3 days we had an offer that we were happy to accept. By the 29th June the sale was completed. Darren handled the whole sale, was always at hand to help with any details and generally push things along. This was very reassuring as we live in a different part of the country and its nice to know things were being taken care of in our absence. Highly recommended.
