I had a really good experience with Billingham Martin Estate Agents. Darren and Jack were both straightforward and easy to deal with throughout. They were friendly, open in their communication, and kept things clear at each stage without overcomplicating anything.
What I appreciated most was their persistence in keeping the sale moving. They stayed on top of things, followed up when needed, and helped keep everything progressing when it could have easily slowed down.
Overall, a reliable and professional service. Highly recommended!

First class experience with Darren at Billingham Martin not only doing a great job helping me with the purchase but also went well out of his way to provide excellent service for both me and the buyer through to the end of the full process including mediating between solicitors to keep things moving and with solid after care post completion. Not your average high street estate agent and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell who wants an honest, professional and reliable estate agent.

We’ve just completed on our dream home today and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to Darren, Cory and Jack at Billingham Martin. From start to finish, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - a rare breed who I looked forward to speaking with!
They went above and beyond at every stage: securing us an incredible price, helping negotiate important works before exchange, and keeping us brilliantly updated throughout the whole process. They completely took the stress out of the purchasing process, making what could have been overwhelming feel v smooth and manageable.

What can we say - nothing but the best service from these guys. We finally moved in July this year after 10 months of so much hassle. At no point did they hassle us but, more importantly, supported us in every way possible. Every detail was expertly executed and they dealt with everything for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Corey, Darren and Jack to anyone who is thinking of moving.

I cannot overstate how highly I regard Corey, Darren and everyone at Billingham Martin following the sale of my parents' house. The hit-rate for offers vs viewings was amazingly good, the property sold above asking price, and the communication throughout was top notch. I can't obviously speak from a buyer's perspective, but I would 100% recommend selling through Billingham Martin if you are in the Farnborough area.

Having just recently sold my house on Southwood through Billingham Martin Estate Agents, I found Cory and the rest of the team to be experienced in their knowledge of the sales process, extremely helpful and understanding. There was never any pressure from them on me to rush the sale of my property. The sale went through with no issues or problems and I would thoroughly recommend using Billingham Martin Independent Estate Agents.

Around 12 years ago I purchased a property in Farnborough. Billingham Martin were the agent used by the seller. At the time I was impressed how Darren and Corey handled their part of the sale. Fast forward 12 years and we decided to sell the property. Billingham Martin were an obvious first choice. The property was valued on the 19th April. Within 3 days we had an offer that we were happy to accept. By the 29th June the sale was completed. Darren handled the whole sale, was always at hand to help with any details and generally push things along. This was very reassuring as we live in a different part of the country and its nice to know things were being taken care of in our absence. Highly recommended.
